What to expect from a 90 minute Online Cambridge YLE Lesson

50 minutes - Educational Roleplaying Game
Our adventures are tailored as 50 minute learning experiences, each related to a topic of the Cambridge YLE book. Each adventure takes the students on a journey where they practice their spoken English, learn new vocabulary and improve their grammar. Combining these practical English lessons with adventure and narrative makes the work enjoyable, and easier to retain.
From this we practice and learn:
Confidence and accuracy with Spoken English
Vocabulary with context
Grammar practice
Listening practice
Verbal comprehension
Deeper and broader knowledge of the topic

40 minutes - Book Work
We aim to spend around 40 mins of each lesson working on the Cambridge YLE exercises in each chapter. Reinforcing the vocabulary and grammar lessons through written work is crucial; and combining this work with the adventures the students have just experienced keeps them engaged and gives context to the work.

Homework (Optional)
We at FezEd understand the high volume of homework students are expected to do, and the stresses that come with it. For this reason, our homework is an optional part of the course, and can be tailored to each student to meet their needs and abilities. Parents will be notified about assigned homework, but please note that students will not be punished or scolded for not completing this work! FezEd is about learning and having fun.
